Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Vantage Aviationâs comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, print, and customer-facing channels. This role ensures consistent execution of brand standards, the creation of high-quality marketing content, and the effective management of all communications to enhance brand visibility and support organizational growth.The Marketing Manager will oversee the companyâs digital presence, including its website and social media platforms, and lead the development of marketing collateral and campaigns that effectively promote Vantage Aviationâs services. This position works collaboratively with internal stakeholdersâincluding sales, operations, and executive leadershipâas well as external partners, to support strategic initiatives and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering polished, results-driven marketing initiatives aligned with the companyâs objectives.
Requirements
Essential Responsibilities & DutiesOwn and manage Vantage Aviationâs website and all social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand strategyDevelop, create, and execute compelling content across social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generationEstablish, maintain, and evolve company brand standards to ensure consistency across all internal and external communicationsPlan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partnersBuild and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and collaborators to support strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiativesOversee and manage all external, customer-facing email communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, targeted, and performance-drivenDevelop, write, design, and distribute the monthly customer newsletter, including performance tracking and optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent branding across uniforms, marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical assetsDesign, develop, and maintain company marketing collateral, including flyers, pamphlets, brochures, and other promotional materialsDevelop, standardize, and templatize PowerPoint presentations to ensure brand consistency and support business development and leadership communicationsPartner with the Director of FBO Sales to create compelling marketing content that highlights available rental opportunities, including hangar and office spaceAnalyze marketing performance metrics (web, social, email campaigns) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementSupport event marketing efforts, including trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement initiativesManage marketing assets, content calendars, and project timelines to ensure timely execution of initiativesStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategyAssist with the development and management of marketing budgets and vendor relationshipsAssist in deploying branding at newly acquired locationsPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing initiativesAviation industry experienceProven experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaignsStrong content development skills, including writing, editing, and visual content coordinationExperience developing and maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across all marketing channelsProficiency in email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS)Demonstrated ability to design and produce marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital assetsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners or vendorsAnalytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting marketing performance metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment and initiativeAble to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred QualificationsBachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldTravel RequirementsThis role requires frequent travel of up to 25%, including attendance at industry events and visits to company locations to capture and develop marketing content.Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork is primarily performed in an office environment with standard business hours; however, flexibility is required to accommodate deadlines, events, and travel schedulesRegular use of a computer and standard office equipment, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and screen timeAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout event venues, airport facilities, and operational environments for extended periodsOccasional lifting and carrying of marketing materials, displays, or equipment, typically up to 25 poundsAbility to work in a variety of environments, including office settings, airport ramps, hangars, and outdoor event spaces, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and moderate noise levelsBenefitsHSA with company match on applicable plansMedical, dental, vision insuranceCompany paid Short Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&DPaid time off401(k) with company matchOn Demand PayEmployee Assistance Program
