Vacation Sales Concierge – Pre-Arrival
Job Description: • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals • Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly • Contribute to team goals • Always follow company policies and safety procedures Requirements: • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience • Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends • Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time Benefits: • Uncapped earning potential ( wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests) • Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities • Travel discounts • Credit Union Membership • Tuition Reimbursement • Professional Counseling & Family Support • Growth and Development Opportunities Apply tot his job
