Responsibilities:
Ā Handle all daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner
Ā Resolve guest inquiries and resolve them in accordance to company standard operating procedures
Ā Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties
Ā Manage the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned
Ā Help develop processes and systems to improve overall guest experience
Ā Provide timely reviews of guests on AirBnB and Vrbo platforms
Ā Blog writing about vacation rentals on company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests
Requirements:
Ā Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses
Ā Experience with the vacation rental industry is required
Ā Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
Ā Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Field Scheduling and CRM software
Ā Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
Ā Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Ā Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results
Ā You must be reliable and show up on time.
Payment:
Ā Monthly base salary is expected to range between $1,000-1,120 USD
Ā Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly)
Schedule:
10:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT (Monday through Friday)
