As Vacation Advisors, we are dedicated to creating magic for our members before they arrive for their Disney Vacation Club vacation and during their stay. We are responsible for recommending all suitable options while providing vacation planning services and confirming resort reservations for Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. This is an hourly position in a large-volume inbound contact center located in Celebration, FL. The Disney Vacation Advisor will attend a paid required training class where they will participate in multiple performance assessments provided. At Disney, we are makers and doers. This position is located in Celebration, Fl where you will be working on-site and from home based on operational needs. Required when working from home is a functional private workspace with high-speed internet. The starting pay rate for this position is $18.52/hour.
