JOB DESCRIPTION:
I'm looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful virtual assistant to help build a highly-targeted list of property management companies and decision-makers who manage 80–300 unit multifamily properties across the Sunbelt states (Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, etc.).
This list will be used for high-trust business outreach, so quality and accuracy matter more than volume.
DELIVERABLES:
Property management company name
Website
LinkedIn URL (company and contact if possible)
First and last name of key decision-maker (CEO, Managing Partner, or Director-level only)
Verified business email (no generic "info@" or catch-all)
Phone number (if available)
State(s) they operate in
Approximate unit count range
Notation if they manage 80–300 unit properties
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proficient in research tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Google, and company websites
Comfortable verifying business emails using tools like Hunter.io or NeverBounce
Can work independently and deliver accurate results
Experience with U.S. multifamily real estate is a big plus
