Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual and proactive Legal Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly handle administrative tasks while providing bilingual support during client interactions. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 05:30PM MST Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and handle correspondence. • Prepare and review legal documents under attorney supervision. • Support case management, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case records. • Perform live translations (Spanish-English) during Zoom or phone calls. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures. • Assist during client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and accurate interpretation. Requirements: • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Prior at least 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus.
