UX/UI Product Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product or UX/UI Designer with a strong user-centric mindset who understands how businesses and users actually work. Someone who can analyze workflows, uncover pain points, and translate them into intuitive product experiences.
If you have:
5+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, ideally in an agile product development environment
Strong user-centric mindset and deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Strong proficiency in UX and UI design for B2B SaaS or enterprise-level products, solutions, and services
Experience with end-to-end product design, from user research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping and testing
Ability to translate complex processes and requirements into clear UX artifacts (user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes)
Ability to actively participate in product discovery workshops and problem-framing sessions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
Proven experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

What You'll Do
Take an active role in product discovery and user research (interviews, usability testing, stakeholder workshops)
Analyze and map complex user workflows and business processes
Create user journeys, flows, and information architecture for enterprise systems
Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate product concepts
Validate design solutions with users and stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, clients, and business stakeholders
Participate in discovery workshops (journey mapping, problem framing, prioritization)
Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions
