As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of high-quality interfaces for both B2B SaaS products and desktop applications. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and maintaining high design standards.
You have Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and desktop applications
Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
Strong portfolio showcasing your work in both web-based and desktop software design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in an agile environment
What You'll Do Design user interfaces for B2B SaaS products and desktop applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research and usability testing for better design decisions.
Collaborate with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Nice to have Front-End Development Knowledge: Familiarity with latest frontend technologies to better collaborate with developers and implement design concepts.
Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
Design Thinking: Familiarity with design thinking principles and methodologies to drive innovative solutions.
Experience with A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to validate design choices and optimize user experiences.
