Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and digital solutions industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Insights & Intelligence Department supporting the Experience Research and Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering actionable insights that shape innovative products and services, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Fully Remote, must sit EST or CST Pay Range: $70-80 per hr What's the Job? Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess digital experience success. Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights to influence product decisions and roadmaps. Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences. Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting or similar. Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Full Story, and analysis tools like SPSS, SQL, SAS. Experience with product research, including end-to-end, usability, or generative research. A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables. What's in it for me?
