Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-centered UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with deep UX thinking and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback
• Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and design solutions
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and UI design work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
