System One is seeking a Utility Work Order Processor for a long-term contract position located in Lakewood, CO.

This will be a hybrid schedule working onsite in Lakewood, CO three days per week (Wednesday-Thursday).
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Utility Work Order Processor to join our client for a long-term contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining work orders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. You will work closely with teams to track and process work orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work Order Management:
• Create, issue, and process work orders for utility projects, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
• Track the status of work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
• Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between field crews, contractors, and internal teams to resolve work order-related issues.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, associated documentation, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in work order processing required.
• Experience in a utility-related role is a plus
.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and work order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a MUST.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with software such as SAP, or similar work order systems.

Hourly Pay Rate: $39.50/hr.
