About the Role - Utility EngineerThe Utility Engineer will perform general maintenance repairs to hotel and respond to trouble calls. Public area and guest room preventative maintenance. Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
Adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures, react appropriately during emergencies, and act promptly to correct hazards.
Make effective judgements on the various aspects of general repairs and maintenance and effectively solve guest and operational problems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry moderate amounts of weight.
Respond to guest service calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Expected salary: $24.88 per hour
