UT-LGR-9112-Contract Administrator I-ADV
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee complex contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and business objectives. This position is based in East Hampton, Connecticut, and offers a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage multifaceted proposals and contracts in alignment with organizational standards and customer deadlines.
• Review and interpret contract documents to ensure adherence to government procurement regulations and cost control measures.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any legal or administrative issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and execute contracts promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports and legal documentation for internal review and approval.
• Participate in meetings to clarify contractual requirements and ensure alignment across business units.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, resolving contract-related issues effectively.
• Generate recurring status and progress reports to track contract performance and compliance.
• Manage small-scale projects and initiatives related to contract administration.
• Proven experience in contract administration, including drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with government contracts, such as ORG 12 and ORG 15.
• Proficiency in tools like SAP R/3 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and ensure accuracy in financial and contractual data.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
