User Growth Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute early-stage user growth strategies for the app, clearly identifying target user personas and segmentation strategies, and building a systematic growth operations framework.
Collaborate with the marketing team to acquire target users through various channels, including social media, content marketing, advertising, SEO, and App Store optimization...
Track and analyze user data to gain insights into user needs and the pain points of habit-forming products, iterating and optimizing growth strategies based on findings.
Work closely with the product team to design and implement user incentives, notifications, and task systems to improve early user retention.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in mobile app product/user growths, data analysis, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in early-stage user growth.
Demonstrated experience across multiple marketing channels, particularly in social media, search, advertising, and content marketing, with practical case studies.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to drive growth goals.
