User Experience Test
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Tester to evaluate and provide feedback on a digital Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program designed to guide patients before, during, and after surgery. Your insights will help us improve usability, clarity, and patient engagement across the platform.
This is a short-term role ideal for individuals with experience in usability testing, patient engagement, or healthcare applications. Your feedback will directly influence how real patients interact with our program.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in testing sessions to simulate a patient’s journey through the RPM program.
Complete assigned tasks in the platform and provide detailed, actionable feedback on the experience.
Identify usability issues, confusing workflows, or areas of friction from the patient’s perspective.
Assess clarity of instructions, accessibility, visual layout, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with our product, UX, and clinical teams by submitting structured feedback via surveys, interviews, or usability recordings.
Help validate updates and improvements by re-testing key features as needed., UserTesting, or Hotjar.
