Working with the UA team, you will plan and manage marketing campaigns. Monitor and optimize our UA campaigns and help to increase our global game presence. We’re keen to find a passionate gamer with a quantitative mindset who is very hypothesis-driven, and who can dive into data and help optimize based on key KPIs and company goals. Responsibilities Manage, implement, and execute user acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Applovin, Unity, Facebook, and moreAnalyze and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIsProvide input and data-driven decisions into creative developmentManage day-to-day partner relationsKeep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing roleFamiliarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels with substantial budgetsPrevious experience within the mobile gaming industryAnalytical skills and mindsetA team player who can adapt quickly to othersHighly motivated, hands-on, and a well-organized work approach Desirable Skills Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative fieldPassion for games, especially mobile games Additional Information Kolibri Games is an equal opportunity employer.
