Overview

Our Americas Rates Trading team are looking to hire an Associate level trader for United States dollar (USD) denominated rates products based in New York City. In the role you will be responsible for market-making USD interest-rate swaps and as part of our expanding franchise in coordination with our NY / Global Sales & Trading. You will be coordinating with our local and global Sales & Trading team(s) to service clients across the globe.

What You’ll Do
• Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideas
• Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure
• Lead as an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
• Experienced with market-making, preferably in USD Rates instruments and specifically US TIPS and inflation swaps

• A proven track-record in revenue generation
• A proven track-record in sustaining/generating high quality market share
• Proven risk management skills & strong quantitative skills

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
