Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Duties | Responsibilities
Tasks based on assignment; responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Common areas – Building Entrance, Lobby, Common hallways, Elevator cabs, etc.
Spot clean glass (remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.)
Remove any trash/debris
Spot vacuum to remove debris; spot mop to remove spills (as needed)
Check interior cab paneling; remove fingerprints/smudges
Exterior (if applicable)
Empty trash receptacles, police building exterior/landscaping for cigarette butts/debris
Restrooms
Spot clean surfaces (as needed) - toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, mirrors, etc.
Check/restock all paper products
Spot mop flooring to remove water/spills (utilize “Wet Floor” sign)
Empty trash receptacles
• Rotation/frequency of tasks may vary
Miscellaneous
Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical or electrical malfunctions
Report any visible property damage that occurred prior to or during shift
Other duties as requested by Property Manager and/or Building Engineer
