Utilizing expertise in program management, agile methodologies, and technology solutions, they ensure successful delivery of impactful outcomes. What youll do:
⢠Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
⢠Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
⢠Partner with Product and Engineering to drive technical alignment from requirements to implementation by negotiating trade-offs and securing decisions.
⢠Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
⢠Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
⢠Drive process improvements and promote automation to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
⢠Mentor associates and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
