The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the overall well-being of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and strategize for effective talent acquisition. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve individual and team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws. Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Additional Requirements: SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is preferred.
