Key Responsibilities Assist with the organization, entry, review, verification, and loading of manufacturing data from unstructured formats (primarily PDF documents) into structured data management systems. Curate, enter, verify, and reconcile data into appropriate data management systems for raw material attributes, manufacturing in-process data, and product data. Provide data outputs in useful formats to cross-functional teams, enabling data visualization, reporting, and analysis. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure timely and accurate data entry, adhering to master data standards and maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data management solutions that meet business needs. Utilize bolthires Office tools and other software applications as required to perform job duties. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in bolthires Office tools, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing or quality control environment. Familiarity with data management systems and data analysis tools. Knowledge of data management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
