In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for accounting and finance positions — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. Your accounting knowledge will allow you to accurately assess technical skills and ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization.
