Job overview - Expert Executive Assistant:Mindmaven is an Executive Coaching firm that focuses on coaching CEOs, Founders, and other top executives of startup and VC companies across the U.S. We are helping our clients find Executive Assistant Rock Stars who - with training – will become Engagement Managers (a hybrid of an EA and Chief of Staff). While we do place many people in remote roles, please note that this posting is for an onsite/hybrid role in San Francisco, California. You would be required to come into the office 3-4 times a week. The starting salary for this role is $85-105k with opportunities to grow. The person who holds this position is the extension of the person(s) they support and establish themselves as a strategic partner. The position is hybrid, so you’ll need a great computer, strong internet, and the ability to keep both running.About you.
