Work You’ll Do Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features Oversee and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques Enforce high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement Apply your understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model principles, alongside your ability to lead scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer assignments. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience At least seven years of Salesforce development experience and three years in a technical lead or senior developer role. Must have advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrating Salesforce with other systems via REST, SOAP, and point-to-point solutions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions related to grant management Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks Experience supporting organizational change management and user training in Salesforce projects is also valued You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
