Furwell Maids Cleaning is a fast-growing residential cleaning service with a focus on cat-friendly, pet-conscious cleaning. We're seeking a U.S.-based virtual assistant to help us answer phone calls, explain our services, gather availability, and manage basic social media activity (responding to comments/messages, light posting, etc.).
This is a part-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow with a small service business.
What You’ll Do:
Pick up or return calls/texts from interested customers
Walk callers through our services, pricing, and add-ons
Check availability and coordinate scheduling (we use BookingKoala)
Reply to Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor messages or comments
Help us stay responsive, friendly, and organized
Must-Haves:
U.S.-based (required – this is a customer-facing role)
Clear, professional phone presence
Reliable internet + quiet space for calls
Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and simple booking tools
Friendly writing style for replies and comments
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Bonus Points If You:
Love cats or have experience around pets
Have used BookingKoala or similar platforms
Are open to long-term work as we grow
