US-Based Signatory Partner (E-commerce Portfolio)
We are a global e-commerce group operating established brands in the UK, AU, CA, and NZ. As we scale our US infrastructure, we require a US Resident Partner of Record to serve as our domestic signatory for payment processing (Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.) and banking.
This is a non-operational, passive role. You are not responsible for marketing, sales, or customer service. You are the "US Face" of the company for regulatory and financial compliance.
