U.S.-Based MD + Attorney (Dual-Licensed) Expert Needed for Platform Review & Letter of Interest - Contract to Hire

We are developing a healthcare-focused digital platform operating at the intersection of medical practice, clinical education, and regulatory awareness. For an initial, intent-based engagement, we are seeking a rare dual-licensed professional who holds both: a U.S.-licensed Medical Doctor (MD) degree, and a U.S.-based law degree (JD or equivalent) with active or prior legal practice (healthcare, regulatory, compliance, malpractice, or related domains preferred). This is not a full advisory role and not an employment offer. We are intentionally starting with a Letter of Interest (LOI)–based collaboration. Scope of Work (Very Focused) The selected expert will complete two tasks only. 1. Platform Review You will be given access to the platform and independently review: Platform concept and positioning High-level medical and legal sensitivities How the platform is perceived from both a clinician’s and a legal/regulatory lens No written report or video recording is required at this stage. This review is intended solely to inform your own perspective prior to issuing the LOI. 2. One-Page Letter of Interest (LOI) You will provide a single-page Letter of Interest stating that: You have reviewed the platform at a high level You are open to being available for future investor-context conversations, when appropriate You may support future medical and/or legal platform reviews, if requested This LOI is explicitly: Non-binding Not an endorsement Not a certification Not legal or medical advice The LOI is intended solely for inclusion in the company’s data room and for use during investor diligence discussions. Why This Role Matters Healthcare platforms operating at scale are often evaluated too late through either: purely legal frameworks, or purely clinical intuition We believe early alignment between medical credibility and legal/regulatory awareness is critical. This LOI helps signal that alignment to institutional investors.
