Stretchplex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, personal training, and compression therapy to people who want to feel better. Stretchplex is unique because we focus all our attention to our customers in giving them custom designed stretching, exercise, and wellness services.
Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners.
Our Body Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as exercise science and personal training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Have all clients and customers meet their goals
Put customers at the center of your orbit
Personalize our client's experiences
Provide excellent communication
Go above and beyond for your customer

Serving others with enthusiasm
Teamwork
Maintains the cleanliness of the facility
Contact new leads to schedule
Maintains all necessary certifications
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
Build Stretchplex membership and retain current clientele through sales
Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Reports to Studio Manager
Qualifications:
Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
Preferred background:
Personal / Athletic Trainer
Physical Therapist Assistant
Massage Therapist
Pilates or Yoga Instructor
And/or applied science degree (Exercise science, strength and conditioning, etc...)
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with client
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
Must be available to go through our Body coach Training Program, which includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
