Assist students academically and socially
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students
Understanding of how to positively interact with students
Willingness to learn basic curriculum application in small group settings
Willingness to learn strategies to support English Learners
Dedicated
Strong understanding of child development
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communications skills

Qualifications:
One of the following State of Illinois Licenses registered in Will County: Paraprofessional (ELS(PARA)), Substitute (SUB), or Professional Educator License (PEL)
College transcripts with 60+ credit hours or have passed the WorkKeys Assessment
Fluent in Russian in order to assist Russian speaking students
