Job description: Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for a Dance Fitness/Zumba Instructor to teach at luxury apartment communities in Orlando, FL.
Typical class attendance is 4-10 residents. Schedule for 1x week (Thursday, Preferably) Dance Fitness/Zumba class is weekday evening. Pay is $35/45-minute class.
This individual will be a part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community. Seeking individuals comfortable interacting and teaching Dance Fitness/Zumba class to the residents of said community along with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.
Travel to and from community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.
Qualifications
Liability insurance (required) or willing to get it
Experience in designing and implementing Dance Fitness/Zumba programs and class
Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or Dance Fitness/Zumba certification (preferred)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clock-in/clock-out and sign off training sessions using our software
Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
Be a fitness leader in the community
Build your book and brand yourself for success
