WeĆ¢??re looking for an amazing Senior Financial Systems Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. YouĆ¢??ll be responsible for delivering end-user support to Oracle ERP, OBIEE, MarkView and other financial systems and applications. Functions as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of existing financial process, participate in system enhancement design, implementations new projects and trouble shoot system issues. Assist in performing system audits, governance, timely ticket resolutions and adequate documentation.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled system updates, Build and maintain reports, Maintain system hierarchies and properties.
Gather end-user requirements for reporting and other enhancements, and document system design and processes.
Collaborate with IT and others in support of applications, projects and goals.
Participate in project team reviews necessary to develop project plans, business requirements, design, and development of deliverables.
Communicate with and lead training for small to medium sized groups of end-users.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience with ERP Financials. Experience in Oracle EBS R12 is a plus.
Strong understanding of ERP Finance modules and functionalities (AP, AR, FA, GL & PO)
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet business requirements.
Ability to grasp and analyze business processes within the Organization and align them with the system capabilities
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical and functional problems related to ERP
Experience in SQL, OBIEE, Oracle APEX and Power BI is a plus.
Strong Analytical, Quantitative Presentation Skills.
Skilled in technical documentation of systems and experience in development of detailed test and validation plans.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, IT teams and stakeholders effectively.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Base Salary Range: $84,600.00 to $114,200.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
