Location – Remote, East Coast

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting calls with the GTM leadership team.

Leverage data & reporting to ensure the team & leaders can manage their pipeline with excellence.

Measure and maintain operational excellence for sales teams including Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes.

Contributing to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close

Provide Reporting & Dashboard Creation (within SFDC, Power BI and other various tools).

Create, maintain and recommend territories and segmentation by solution.

Assisting with quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management

Provide data hygiene reporting and CRM Data Management reporting.

Be a steward of Sales Process Excellene and Execution for the ICA NORAM Platform of RevOps Center of Excellence

Drive a Cross-Functional Partnership with the Global Deal Desk.

Ensure Sales Effectiveness across all ICA NORAM solutions.

Support the optimization of the NORAM revenue operations processes & policies to drive.

Best practice in the ICA NORAM Enterprise GTM Field Sales Organization.

Monitor the status of sales operations activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the teams.

Support the Enterprise sales teams and leaders to ensure they have the tool they need to perform & that the systems capture necessary data to measure & improve on these process.

Liaise with functional or operational area leaders (for example in sales, marketing, finance) to ensure that revenue operations activities are integrated with other parts of the business and appropriate for current and future sales and marketing activities.

Commission reporting and auditing, in partnership with finance.

Supporting GTM leaders with All Hands, QBR, Monthly Presentations and adhoc presentation requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have 10+ years of sales operations, revenue operations and/or business operations experience.

5+ experience in SaaS/Software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient Excel skills are required

Ability to lead and influence others, directly as well as indirectly

A strong passion for identifying best practices and implementing across several business units.

Strong reporting analysis skills.

Excellent sales reporting and forecasting skills.

Salesforce experience strongly desired.

Bachelor's degree strongly recommended, MBA or graduate degree preferred

This position has a target base salary of: $110,000.00

and annual commission target of:
