Job Summary
The Department of Criminal Justice and Sociology at Columbus State University is seeking qualified applicants to teach elective courses in social work in a variety of instructional formats; that is, traditional classroom, hybrid or online. This is a part-time position involving one or two elective courses per semester.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate should have an earned Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Social Work. Previous teaching experience at the college level is desired.

Applications for part-time and full-time faculty positions must include transcripts of all academic work, and official transcripts must be presented prior to campus visit if selected for interview. Applicants must have the ability to meet Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) requirements, in particular a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
