As an Associate Manager, Flex Financial - Financing Services you will oversee a team that sells financing to customers for the acquisition or lease of the companys products and services. Financial solutions being sold may be those of the company itself, or may be found on the open market or from other institutions.

What you will do:
Direct supervision of finance representative team
Develop standardized policies and procedures for this functional group.
Train and develop finance representatives
Communicate and implement any policy or procedure changes
Measure and report metrics for the functional group
Assist in developing and implementing new products and services
Provide support and customer service to Stryker sales force
Evaluate the performance of one or more employees based on pre-established performance parameters
Coach and develop direct reports
Subordinate compliance with company policy and corrective actions
May conduct periodic and/or special studies/ analysis
May submit periodic reports on assigned topics to supervisor
What you need:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
6 years related experience; preferably in equipment finance industry
Previous experience leading a team
Experience in JD Edwards and Vertex preferred
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
$83,000 - $176,800 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
