Works independently and collaborates well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within Henry Ford Allegiance Health. Minimum Education Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate degree is required. Minimum Work Experience One year experience providing physical therapy in healthcare setting. Required Licenses/Certifications Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy. Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to problem-solve Effective verbal and written communication skills Must have knowledge about the care of neonate, pediatric adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist is highly preferred. Experience in homecare.
