Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a US/IT recruiter with a focus on technical hiring.
 Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top IT talent in a remote work environment.
 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
 Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations related to IT staffing.
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong focus on candidate engagement.
 Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Experience in assessing technical skills and understanding IT job requirements.
 Proactive approach to talent acquisition and an ability to think strategically about recruitment.
 Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
 Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping techniques.
 Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
 Certification in HR or recruitment processes is a plus.
 Knowledge of remote interviewing tools and techniques.
 Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing IT job market.
