About the Role
Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
⢠Review user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines
⢠Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation
⢠Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client
⢠Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times
⢠Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
Requirements
⢠Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position)
⢠Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
⢠Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
⢠Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate
⢠Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
⢠Ability to work various shifts and meet changing business needs
⢠Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills
⢠Ability to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent
⢠Predictable and reliable attendance
⢠6 months of customer service experience preferred
