 Previous leadership or team-building experience in any of the following areas will be extremely helpful: sales, financial services, banking, insurance, service industries, marketing, recruiting, military, healthcare, real estate, tech, customer service, and network marketing
WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
 Implementing the strategies of our proven sales system
 Calling and texting prospective clients to schedule appointments with you.
 Meeting with prospective clients virtually, by phone, or in person who have stated interest in life and critical illness coverage options so they can protect themselves and their beneficiaries.
 Helping clients complete their policy applications.
 Communicating with life insurance carriers to ensure they have the correct information regarding your client to make an approval decision.
 Following-up with clients and asking for referrals.
 Building a team of agents (if you choose to pursue an Agency Ownership path).
 Learning from successful agents how to improve your sales and leadership abilities.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
