Key Responsibilities
 Lead the prioritization and communication of the daily IQ list to the Quality Assurance team and independent contractors.
 Conduct proofreading, editing, and formatting of 4-8 dictated documents daily, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
 Collaborate with physicians and experts to rectify errors, omissions, and clarifications in their transcriptions.
 Format and review reports prepared by partner organizations for final approval prior to submission.
 React promptly and accurately to client inquiries as guided by management or the team lead.
 Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing work to guarantee client satisfaction.
 Maintain expertise in company computer systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
 Stay current on relevant URAC accreditation standards, engaging in continuous training and committee participation as required.
Required Skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Word and related office applications.
 Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
 Proven capacity to operate independently, meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
 Strong problem-solving capabilities at both strategic and functional levels.
 Outstanding customer service skills, fostering positive client relationships.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications
 A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
 A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in insurance, healthcare, or allied fields is required.
 Experience in auto no-fault and workers' compensation is advantageous.
