Due to our busy schedule we are looking to hire someone to help with scheduling. We are looking for someone with a very outgoing and persuasive personality that is comfortable talking to higher management including directors and administrators... We would prefer someone familiar with the healthcare industry but not a deal breaker. This is part-time but applicants will need to have dedicated working times/days, and not try to work this in if employed full time elsewhere,
• 1099 Commission based pay

Minimum Qualifications:
• Self motivated
• Very responsible & organized
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Professional phone & email etiquette
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous marketing / scheduling experience preferred
• Experience with Google Calendar / Google Sheets / Excel

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
