 Provide one-on-one or small group lessons using a communicative teaching method
 Personalize lessons based on students interests and needs
 Log all lessons, assignments, and student progress
 Monitor student engagement and activity
 Maintain clear, professional communication with students and parents
 Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
 A BachelorÂs Degree or higher is preferred
 Prior experience teaching online is highly preferred
 Experience in curriculum development or adaptation is a plus
 Must have a reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet
 Must pass a Criminal Background Screening
Education Requirements
 BachelorÂs Degree in Education or relevant field preferred

 Undergraduate Degree

 Minimum availability of 4-10 hours per week
