Key Responsibilities
 Transcribe audio recordings from depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings into accurate verbatim transcripts.
 Maintain strict adherence to established style guides and client-specific deadlines.
 Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clarity and precision in all transcripts.
 Collaborate with our dedicated in-office team as necessary for guidance and support.
Required Skills
 Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
 Exceptional listening skills and a keen ability to discern spoken content.
 Strong command of grammar, spelling, and overall literacy.
 High typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy.
 Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts.
 Ability to process sensitive or potentially offensive audio/text content.
 Capability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Qualifications
 Significant experience transcribing legal documents and proceedings.
 Must be able to pass a background check.
 Court reporting students are also encouraged to apply.
 Currently, this position is not available to residents of Massachusetts or California.
