 Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
 Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.
 Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 A keen interest in healthcare and the recruitment industry.
 Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Previous recruitment experience or a background in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
