 Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within a virtual learning framework, ensuring lessons are engaging and interactive.
 Develop tailored strategies that foster student learning and strengthen relationships with your students.
 Create lesson plans that are consistent with the prescribed curriculum for each respective class.
 Monitor and assess student progress, grades, and overall performance to promote their success throughout the academic course.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Proficient in using online teaching tools and technologies.

Qualifications
 Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess an active, state-issued public teaching certification in a relevant subject area.
 A BachelorÂs Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
 Participation in a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration is mandatory, along with a submitted background check as part of the application process.
 Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection is essential.
