Key Responsibilities:
 Outreach and Engagement
 Conduct targeted outreach to mobile home parks using online search strategies (e.g., Google).
 Build relationships with park representatives by following a provided script and adapting your communication to the parkÂs unique needs.
 Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during all interactions.
 Thorough Documentation
 Accurately record critical details for each contact, including park name, address, phone number, contact name, and a summary of the conversation.
 Submit daily reports to management, ensuring they include the required documentation and your shift start and end times.
 Time Management Excellence
 Work in structured intervals (20 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to maintain peak productivity throughout your shift.
 Collaboration with Management
 Share insights and updates from your outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
 Skills & Qualities
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
 Self-motivation and discipline to work in a commission-only environment.
 Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent.
 Technical Proficiency

 Experience using spreadsheets or CRM software is a plus.
