Urgently Hiring: Podcast Brand Designer
Shape the future with us at workwarp. We need a Podcast Brand Designer! Join our team in the heart of Remote and enjoy a dynamic work environment. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Your contribution will be valued, with a compensation package starting at a competitive salary. Â Â We're looking for talented designers to create cohesive brand packages for a podcasts.
This projects include designing logos, YouTube and Facebook headers/banners, and setting up caption colors and fonts to match the show's unique style.
Each brand package should include:
- Logo: An eye-catching, versatile logo that reflects the podcastÂs unique vibe.
- YouTube & Facebook Header/Banner: A high-quality header featuring the podcastÂs release schedule (day & time), optimized for both YouTube and Facebook dimensions.
- Caption Colors/Font Guidelines
- YouTube Thumbnail template: Design a highly engaging, customizable YouTube thumbnail template for our podcast episodes. The template should be easy to update with new guest photos, episode titles, and reaction elements, while maintaining a consistent, cool, and dynamic aesthetic. Each podcast will have inspiration and vibes/styles to adhere to.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with brand design (portfolio samples highly recommended).
- Familiarity with designing for digital and social media platforms, especially YouTube and Facebook.
- Creative approach with attention to detail to ensure each design element is aligned and on-brand.
- Strong understanding of design principles for YouTube thumbnails, especially how to make images stand out and drive viewer engagement.
- Experience in designing thumbnails that use key placements of faces, words, and reactions for maximum impact.
- Ability to create Canva templates that are simple to edit and can quickly adapt to new episodes.
Project Deliverables:
- Final logo in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, etc.).
- YouTube and Facebook header/banners in appropriate dimensions.
- Caption color and font guidelines in an easy-to-follow format.
- YouTube Thumbnail template with easily editable and interchangeable features.
