Responsibilities: - Listen to recorded dictations from healthcare providers and transcribe them accurately. -Knowledge in obtaining authorizations for visits and cardiology procedures. - Ensure all transcribed documents are grammatically correct and error-free. - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. - Review and edit transcribed reports for quality assurance. Skills: - Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. - Excellent typing skills to transcribe medical reports efficiently. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transcriptions. - Knowledge and experience in obtaining authorizations from insurance companies. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
