Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Operate production machinery including lathes, mills, drills, saws, welders, and more.
 Read and interpret blueprints to set up, adjust, and operate equipment according to specifications.
 Conduct mechanical assembly of components using hand and air tools.
 Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools and address any defects.
 Perform basic operator maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and prevent downtime.
 Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking and production records.
 Provide input for troubleshooting and problem-solving to optimize production processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
 18 to 36 months of relevant experience required, with welding or mechanical repair experience preferred.
 Familiarity with SAP system desirable.
 Strong reading, clerical, and basic math skills required.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and transition between tasks efficiently.
