We handle all administrative tasks, including marketing, scheduling, billing, and patient intake, so you can dedicate your time to client interactions and documentation. • Collaborative Team: Work alongside a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, psychologists, and social workers in a supportive environment. We emphasize ongoing training, clinical supervision, and case management meetings to enhance your professional development. • Innovative Care Practices: Learn about cutting-edge mental health treatments, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, with training available for evaluation and prescription skills. Your Responsibilities • Treat clients and provide high-quality psychiatric care. • Complete medical records requests and ensure notes are finalized within 24 hours of service. • Supervise and provide monthly consultations for four nurse practitioners. • Address clinical consultation questions via email and phone. Ideal Candidates Will Have • A valid CA Medical License in Psychiatry (required). • Experience or certification in child and adolescent psychiatry and suboxone/vivitrol is a plus. • The ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable. Compensation • Contract position offering 60% of the collected amount for seeing clients. • Additional $1,000 per month for performing specified supervisory duties.
