Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our virtual call center team as Tier 1 Call Center Agents. This role involves handling high inbound call volumes, transferring calls to licensed sales agents, and ensuring a smooth handoff process. 99% of your calls are INBOUND - meaning, consumers are calling you. You are not going to be cold calling or outbound dialing. This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations, commission opportunities, and a structured process to set you up for success. Our company generates over 4,000 billable calls per day, and we provide all scripting and rebuttals to ensure a seamless and effective workflow. Agents are required to follow our scripting verbatim.
Key Responsibilities:
 Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
 Engage with customers for 2-4 minutes before transferring the call to a licensed sales agent and moving to the next call.
 Ensure a seamless transfer process and drop off the call after the transfer is complete.
 Strictly adhere to the provided scripting and rebuttals to guide every customer interaction.
 Maintain a call transfer rate of 6 calls per hour and achieve an 80% billable call success rate.
 Consistently meet daily performance targets of at least 35 billable calls per 8-hour shift.
 Adhere to company policies for attendance and performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
 Training Pay: $8 per hour for one week of paid training.
 Base Pay: $14 per hour after training completion. Starting Week 2 and beyond.
 Commission:
 0-34 billable calls: No commission.
 35-45 billable calls/day: 1% commission (~$16/day at 40 billable calls).
 46+ billable calls/day: 2% commission (~$41/day at 50 billable calls).
 Top performers consistently achieve over 50 billable calls per day.
 Health Insurance:
 Available the first of the month after 60 days of employment via an ICHRA stipend:
 $250/month for employees aged 40 and under.
 $450/month for employees aged 41-60.
 $650/month for employees aged 61 and older.
 Other Benefits:
 Paid sick time.
 $30/month internet and equipment stipend.
 Up to 4 weeks of unpaid vacation per year with prior approval.
 No paid holidays or vacation.

 A Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or above, less than 2 years old). No Mac, Chromebook, or tablet.
 A wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
 A high-quality headset.
 A proper work-from-home setup free of distractions.
 Webcam access for the interview and potential use during employment.
 Technical Specifications:
 Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
 Personal responsibility for equipment upkeep and replacement.
 No payment for work time missed due to equipment or connectivity failures.
 Work Environment:
 Quiet and professional home office setting.
 Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with consistent attendance.
 Performance Standards:
 Must achieve at least 32 billable calls per day to maintain employment.
 Strict adherence to scripting and rebuttals is mandatory to ensure consistent results.
 Strong communication skills and reliability to support planned call volumes.

 No equipment provided: Employees are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their work tools.
